KOTA KINABALU, March 7 — A project manager pleaded not guilty in the Sessions Court today to three counts of forging documents to obtain payment amounting to RM46,848,713 from the Sabah Public Works Department between 2016 and 2018.

KOTA KINABALU, Oct 25 — A father and son were charged in the Sessions Court today with 24 counts each of cheating the Sabah government by not declaring the actual proceeds of gold bar sales in an invoice, which caused RM1.3 million in royalty losses.
